She also oversees organizational change management, communications and related leadership activities.<\/p>\n<p>Vedder joined the Minneapolis Fed in 2024 as director of procurement and vendor management in the Risk and Compliance Division.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining the bank, she served as assistant director for contracts and procurement at the Metropolitan Council.
